Essential Functions
- Equipment testing, scrap processing, equipment washing, equipment rebuilding, new equipment preparation, loading and unloading of trucks.
- Achievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activity.
- Use Quench ERP system to transact activities.
- Follow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facility.
- Track equipment and parts inventory.
- Perform work neatly, effectively, and consistent with established standards of performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience repairing equipment, preferably in an industry where both new and refurbished products are processed and maintained.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent desired. Technical certifications and computer experience are a plus.
- Experience working in a Six-sigma, lean or operational excellence environment is a plus.
- Ability to follow direction.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast-moving environment.
