The Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to handle the full life-cycle recruitment for open positions including posting job listings, screening and interviewing candidates, and working with hiring managers to make hiring decisions while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This will be a 100% remote role with the ability to occasionally travel to our King of Prussia, PA HQ.

Essential Functions
  • Work closely with hiring managersand HR/TA Managerto define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
  • Use applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep track of open requisitions, candidates, and posting jobs
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until theyareonboardedor dispositioned
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and referralsnetworks
  • Conduct phone screensand interviews
  • Initiatethe onboarding process for new employees(background checks, drug screening, new hire documents, etc.)
  • Othertalent acquisition duties and projectsas needed


Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-3 years work experience in a high-volume corporate or agency talent acquisition role
  • Experience hiring in one or more of the following areas a plus: Field Service, Operations, Sales, Warehouse and/or Supply Chain
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
