The Position
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to handle the full life-cycle recruitment for open positions including posting job listings, screening and interviewing candidates, and working with hiring managers to make hiring decisions while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This will be a 100% remote role with the ability to occasionally travel to our King of Prussia, PA HQ.
Certain positions or jurisdictions may require COVID-19 vaccination unless included in the company testing protocol, medically contraindicated or due to a bona fide religious belief or practice.
Essential Functions
- Work closely with hiring managersand HR/TA Managerto define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Use applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep track of open requisitions, candidates, and posting jobs
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until theyareonboardedor dispositioned
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and referralsnetworks
- Conduct phone screensand interviews
- Initiatethe onboarding process for new employees(background checks, drug screening, new hire documents, etc.)
- Othertalent acquisition duties and projectsas needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience in a high-volume corporate or agency talent acquisition role
- Experience hiring in one or more of the following areas a plus: Field Service, Operations, Sales, Warehouse and/or Supply Chain
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
