 The SC administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks primarily related to logistics (domestic and international), purchasing, and planning.

 

Essential Functions 

  •  Monitoring of container shipments to include updating container tracking spreadsheets.
  •  Updating the overseas payment tracker.
  •  With Buyer/Planner keeping all PO arrival dates current.
  •  Work with DC managers and suppliers to fix PO discrepancies.
  •  Review, code, and process all domestic freight invoices.
  •  Work with domestic freight providers to resolve quality concerns and freight claims.

 

Qualifications 

  •  2-4 years of Administrative Experience
  •  Degree in Business or Financial Administration or related field desirable
  •  High Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel, including formulas and lookups
  •  Proficiency with Salesforce, CIN 7, or equivalent ERP systems
  •  Excellent communications skills
  •  Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  •  Comfortable interacting at multiple levels including C-level executives
  •  Self- starter, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
