Partner Channel and Business Development Manager

About the Role This role provides the support needed to leadership and staff to fulfill client engagements and find new revenue opportunities leveraging technology partnerships/resale/referrals/alliances/etc. This role would drive business development with existing software partners, with some assistance in the development and onboarding of new partners.

What You'll Do

• Drive and have accountability for pipeline and revenue through partner channels; develop, nurture and mature partner relationships (existing & new)

• Certify, where helpful, in partner software products

• Work with FTI Tech leadership to manage, organize and build repeatable processes to enable and grow existing software partnerships

• Act as partner evangelist and software specialist; presenting at tradeshows, seminar, webcasts, and to FTI internally

• Present on and enable Tech SAs on partner products, capabilities, and use cases

• Work with FTI Tech leadership to codify repeatable and successful FTI partner enablement and training programs

• As a dedicated expert, deliver introductory product presentations, new version overviews, and respond to prospect questions, questionnaires and RFPs

How You'll Grow This role enables and empowers new engagements by:

• Maintaining and growing relationships with partner business development organizations

• Providing sales support in managing and drafting responses to technology led RFIs and RFPs with partner technologies

• Evangelizing and delivering introductory product presentations to internal and external clients (as needed)

• Developing and managing processes and process improvement for FTI Tech software partners

• Assist with vetting new alliances and technologies for fit and purpose in FTI ecosystem

Education and Qualifications:

• BA/BSc degree

• 7+ years supporting eDiscovery and/or IG as sales/partner support (Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, Partner/Channel Management and other related titles)

Skills and Competencies:

• Strategic thinker and ability to identify opportunities in current ecosystem; quota carrying role • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

• Strong analytical skills, including an understanding of how to interpret business requirements and translate them into application and operational requirements

• Proficient in Excel, tableau or similar with ability to manipulate data effectively

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support the team's goals above individual goals

• Ability to think clearly under pressure

• Strong logical skills

• Valuable organization skills

• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality of work.

• Self-motivated that demonstrates an ability to solve complex problems with well thought out innovative solutions

• Ability to travel when required

Preferred Skills

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

• CEDS certification, CIPP, IGP

• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

• Experience in client facing roles. Current or very recent role should be business and client facing
