About the Role This position is responsible for providing executive level administrative support to the President and Chief Executive Officer of our global, professional services firm. The Executive Administrator is responsible for a broad range of strategic and tactical administrative support activities and is expected to work with limited direction from the executive, executing significant discretion and judgment in all aspects of their role. This role requires the ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality expected of a professional at this level. The Executive Administrator will ensure the successful operation of the Executive's office by keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. They possess exceptional organizational skills and have a keen attention to detail because they will operate in a fast-paced work environment which requires substantial multitasking. It's the role of the Executive Administrator to keep things organized and on track through the cohesive management of multiple tasks and competing priorities. Given the nature of this role, the Executive Administrator must demonstrate professionalism at all times and be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations where there may be ambiguity.

What You'll Do • Duties include scheduling of appointments, maintenance of calendars, preparation of external/internal correspondence, telephone and visitor screening, complex domestic and global travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, coordination of meetings and receptions, preparation of presentation materials, rigorous note taking, and maintenance/filing of documents. • Manages all correspondence and communication that comes into the Executive's office, apprises Executive on nature/priority of each item, and coordinates responses. At times will make independent decisions regarding scheduling, distribution of calls and e-mails, etc. • Anticipates potential problems that could impact the Executive and coordinates solutions. • Applies substantial knowledge in the coordination of sensitive reports and analysis (e.g. budgets, board materials, and highly confidential correspondence).

• Handles matters proactively and expeditiously and follows-through on projects to successful completion.

• Expected to provide continuous support in tandem with the Executive's daily schedule and obligations. • Assist with coordination and tracking for key corporate initiatives, projects, and events.

• Provide back-up support for other Executives.

How You'll Grow This position will have regular contact with, and at times, represent the C-Suite Level Executives to FTI's Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other Senior Leaders of FTI, along with industry and government officials, analysts, senior management in other firms, and important clients. For this reason, it is essential that they be collaborative but also have a confident, can-do attitude. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 5 years of executive level or senior management support PREFERRED SKILLS: • Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties with very limited or absence of direction from the Executive. • Ability to discern and communicate with the highest level of tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing to members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, other senior leaders of FTI, industry and government officials, analysts, FTI clients and all levels of the organization. • Ability to partner with the Executive to understand nuances, appropriate protocol and specific preferences of the Executive, and execute on the level of support required/expected.

• Ability to follow complex written and verbal instruction.

• Strong interpersonal skills required to persuade and build consensus and cooperation.

• Ability to work under time constraints and be available as needed - flexible schedule.

• Top level detail, organizational, and analytical skills required as the nature of the Executive's position leaves little room for error. • Ability to handle the highest level of confidential issues with the utmost sensitivity. • Experience supporting C-Level Executives and/or Senior Management within consulting/professional services, financial services or a law firm. • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Excellent listening skills.

• Ability to anticipate what is needed for meetings, calls, travel, etc. and act proactively.
