This role will be part of the Commercial Excellence team at FTI. The core team is located in FTI's Washington DC office, with flexibility for other office locations.
What You'll Do Play lead role in providing critical support services for all aspects of the Key Account Program, including:
• Provide key account program management, including identification of key clients, account planning, coordinating account activity and tracking and reporting results
• Understand client problems and situations; bring a deep understanding of FTI and what we do, aligning the best parts of the firm to solving our clients' needs
• Develop strategy and approach to individual key accounts; create and adapt materials in support of client meetings and conversations
• Conduct company research and analysis for senior executives as preparation for client meetings
• Drive follow-ups on account activity, coordinating stakeholders across the company including Executive Committee members and senior-level practitioners
• Assemble and prepare of presentations for Executive Committee, Board meetings, and other senior management meetings
• Perform data analytics in support of other team projects and initiatives
• Perform market research and competitive analysis for the industries in which we operate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree
