The Office Services Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring the best workplace experience in FTI Consulting's Washington D.C headquarters The Office Services Supervisor provides the best possible concierge service to all employees, visitors, and stakeholders of FTI Consulting. While the job duties are outlined below, there will always be additional activities required of the Office Services Supervisor as needed. Effective communication with the Director, Work Place Experience and Operations is paramount to the success of this position. What You'll Do Office Management
• Supervise DC Facilities team and the Total Quality Day Porters
• Support use of ServiceNow for DC Facilities team members
• Lead and support Condeco system, facilitate all maintenance to keep system running properly
• Supervise/Execute all conference room set-up, clean-up and audiovisual requirements
• Review conference room schedules for conflicts and best use of space and adjust as needed
• Facilitate all catering set-up and break-down including incoming deliveries
• Maintain conference areas in a state of readiness when not in use e.g. clean, standard supplies
• Manage local service contracts in coordination with national initiatives
• Manage Day Porters and oversee supply ordering and delivering
• Oversee office services room, facilitate the delivery services from; USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.
• Ensure readiness of the print stations i.e supplies; paper, toner, etc. and general cleanliness
• Supervise day porter to maintain kitchen area supplies and general cleanliness
• Order all vendors services from WB Mason, SunDun, Guernsey, Commonwealth Joe, etc.
• Acquire and manage temporary staff, as needed
• Coach facilities team to aspire to 5-star concierge service • Ensure a positive, team-oriented attitude within the Office Services team • Other duties as assigned by Director Facilities Management
• Serve as primary liaison and POC with building
• Manage ongoing security in building and assign badges and daily requests and keeping up with appropriate building access for all employees
• Oversee JLL facilities requests and serve as POC for all activities, provide updates as needed
• Provide on call back-up for local office emergencies
• Ensure that emergency evacuation plan is in place and everyone abides by the rules
• Ensure security of people and property as needed Financial Management
• Monitor shared cost spending to annual budget
• Oversee invoices and ensure all vendors are getting paid

The Office Services Supervisor will be tasked with providing the best possible concierge service to all employees, visitors, and stakeholders of FTI Consulting. This role will provide the opportunity to work with limited supervision, while understanding when to escalate decision making.
Basic Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
• Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.
• Strong and effective decision-making skills necessary to prioritize workload, assign staff, etc.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow up and see all projects through completion
• Works well with limited supervision but understands when to escalate decision making
