What You'll Do
- Effectively work with clients in order to develop the work plan for identifying, acquiring, synthesizing, mining and analyzing relevant data
- Identify the relationships among multiple sources and types of data, and organizing this information to facilitate effective data analysis
- Design and implement complex financial database models to generate meaningful statistics and resolve disputes
- Analyze and interpret historical financial, operational, and transactional data
- Investigate and critique assertions, analyses, and work product of other experts, consultants, and attorneys
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel, FTI team members, and professionals from other firms involved in the engagement
- Review and finalize written analyses, reports, presentations and other client deliverables regarding the project scope and/or results of work performed
- Identify potential opportunities and effectively communicating service offerings through both internal and external channels
- Provide feedback and performance management to staff

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in financial, accounting, economics, business analytics or related experience
- Possess strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills
- Effectively develops work programs
- Effectively manages multiple staff and projects in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail
- Able to provide quality assurance and supervision
- Regularly communicates status (to both internal and external clients)
- Able to produce high quality and/or final work product under strict deadlines
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Demonstrates excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Must be interpersonal, motivated, hardworking, eager to learn, willing to travel, and able to motivate others
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Proficient in analyzing data within relational database systems such as MS Access, MS SQL Server and Oracle Data Base
- Experience with large amounts of complex data, including data mining and result interpretation
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, APEX, .NET, Java, VBA, and SharePoint
- Understanding of common software packages; such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Great Plains, JD Edwards, Hyperion and Oracle Financials
