Position Overview

The Seasonal Team Lead must be a high performing associate who will share their skills with other associates and push an assigned Team to a higher tier of performance. The Mentor is sponsored by a Supervisor and serve as an enrichment tool for the associates.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Associate must display outstanding communication traits and have the ability to present feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Associate must have Key Metrics at goal for a minimum of the last 4 week period.
  • Associate must not be on a Corrective Action of any type.
  • Associate must have a flexible schedule.
  • Associate must have 80% competition on Resume of Readiness updated.


Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of an Inbound Contact Center Environment
  • Excellent phone, soft sales, and analytical trouble shooting skills
  • Posses immaculate verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to handle escalated calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and motivate in a Team and one on one environment
  • Superb listening, probing, negotiating, and de-escalation
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
