Regional Manager, Training

The Regional Manager, Training is a people leadership position overseeing site training operations for the sites' specific needs and global programs. The Regional Manager, Training, is also responsible for deploying site training excellence programs, products, tools, and strategies through a collaborative partnership with assigned functional areas and leaders to drive service excellence.

This position can be located in Richmond, VA; Lakeland, FL; or one of our locations in Texas

In this role you will:
  • Lead Site Training Managers and their teams by gathering data, planning, sharing training observations, trainer and training manager development, and direct collaboration with account operations training.
  • Analyze and research data and information necessary to guide the training teams.
  • Design the framework and engage with necessary functional areas for project approval prior to allocation of resources for development.
  • Project manage training development and lead any testing and pilot initiatives.
  • Determine appropriate communication channels and delivery needs for launch and lead the official kick off of the training solution.
  • Define and gain agreement on next steps for implementation and execution from the functional area receiving the solution.
  • Drive accountability to the implementation and execution plan with the functional area. Evaluate effectiveness, impacts, and progress post launch through qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Drive continuous improvement and partnership to further enhance the desired results and experience.


We are looking for someone who:
  • Is solid in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Can dig in and analyze a complex issue utilizing data to develop a solution
  • Creates management level presentations and is comfortable presenting and interacting with leaders in a clear and concise way.
  • Drives training or management projects from beginning to end and can build out project plans and decks, ensure all aspects of project communication are complete and hold people accountable to deadlines and other expectations.
  • Goes above and beyond and truly cares about the success of their teams.
  • Wants to make this a long-term career choice and grow with the organization.
  • Brings solutions and is creative in their approach.
  • Teaches and motivates trainers to excel and hold them accountable
  • Pays close attention to details
  • Leads cross functional projects and builds strong positive relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Is willing to travel, as needed, to locations to lead and assist on projects.
  • Has experience in Training Facilitation and Call Center Management.
