Position Overview
The Recruiting Associate is responsible to ensure compliance to all facets of the recruiting process for the designated site. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting strategies by utilizing traditional methods and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.

Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve recruiting goals and targets \tEvaluates candidate profile against the basic qualifications\tAdministers online assessment (Evolv) to applicants and should be able to address questions related to the exam\tConducts initial screening and in-depth language interview\tProfiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications per program\tExplains the pre-employment requirements/checklist to new hires\tUploads candidate information and update recruiting system tools\tPrepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need\tWorks effectively with internal and external clients\tInteracts with applicants and is responsible for providing an excellent applicant experience every single time\tPerforms other tasks as determined by superiors (e.g. call-outs, invites, recruiting and sourcing activities, admin tasks, etc.).\tRotates across different recruiting functions due to need, to maintain a robust backup system, as part of a business continuity process

Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year course in any field.\tMust have at least 6 months experience in handling end to end process for program recruiting in a BPO/Call Center environment\tAt least One (1) year relevant experience\tMust be able to work well with all levels of organization\tExcellent English communication skills\tProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)\tFlexible in terms of work hours, open to shifting schedules, extended work hours and working on holidays and weekends\tA team player and can multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
Frequent: Bending/stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, repetitive motions, sitting, standing, walking.Occasional: Kneeling, pushing/pulling.
