Position Overview
The Regional Human Resource Manager plans, manages, and overseas the HR department at a professional level in an assigned region. They will assist and ensure the HR functions and tasks are carried out by the HR team and serve as a link between organizational management and their employees.
Essential Functions
- Partner with the site to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, and laws.
- Act as a business partner to site leadership in employee development initiatives and performance management
- Recommend new methods, policies and procedures to improve efficiency of the site.
- Maintain HR records and compile reports from HRIS database.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- Respond to escalated employee relation issues.
- Travel to various worksites will be required up to 40% of the time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource
- 5 years of Human Resource Manager Experience
- PHR/SPHR preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience in call center environment or fast paced work environment preferred.
- Must possess entrepreneurial spirit, an "expect greater" attitude and lead by example
