Position Overview
- Must be proficient on computers and ability to use various applications on the web and installed on computer
- Excellent English language skills including speaking, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Articulate speech, clear and well-modulated speaking voice
- Excellent listening, probing, negotiation and closing skills needed
- Confidence in out-bound cold calling
- Excellent search capabilities to locate names, email addresses and phone numbers of prospective customers
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Sales experience for at least 6 months
- Prior lead generation experience preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities
- Uses various computer applications to update company lead accounts, including SalesForce.com, Linkedin, Google
- Documents calls, emails to prospects and responses
- Ensures prospect company contact information is accurate and up to date for targeting efficiency
- Maintains up to date knowledge of The Results Companies and its offerings and differentiators
- Schedule introductory call and or meeting for Vice President of Partnership Solutions
- Coordinates reports for review with Vice President of Partnership Solutions including recommendations for further marketing activities
- Maintains minimum, target levels of performance
- Maintains updated lead pipeline and minimum follow up timelines to ensure Sales Force company details are up to date
