Position Overview
Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to execute recruitment marketing strategies across several media platforms including but not limited to social media, job boards, smart media, to support our employer brand and recruitment effort.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the exposure of The Results Companies opportunities, and employment brand to both active and passive candidates.
- Liaise with external Agency to execute specific recruitment marketing campaigns aimed at increasing candidate pipeline for specific skill sets.
- Partner with Corporate Internal Communications and our Creative Team to provide strategy, direction, and execution of recruitment related content to our various social media channels.
- Assess the status of each recruitment campaign and clearly communicate progress and results
- Develop and manage passive prospect marketing initiatives - including newsletters, Talent Network campaigns, etc. to drive brand engagement and generate effective and diverse talent pipelines
- Recruit candidates for a variety of roles as part of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team
- Manage all recruitment tools and contracts
- Assist with building a talent network / talent community to generate a pipeline of qualified leads, converting leads into applicants
- Track, measure and report on campaign results
Qualifications
- BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Google Analytics certification, PPC certification in Google AdWords, or Bing Ads certification is a plus.
- 4+ years working in talent acquisition as a recruiter with some experience in high volume recruiting
- 2+ years of experience managing paid search marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Google jobs
- Experience running Pay-Per-Clicks (PPC) and Social Media Campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Jobs, Instagram)
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads with SEO/SEM skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and works well as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge and demonstrated experience with paid and organic recruitment advertising campaigns utilizing digital and off line media
- The ability to understand the value of an employer brand and can effectively communicate the value proposition
- Experience working with multiple internal partners in a global setting
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal - as well as comprehension skills to articulate complex analytical topics
- Project management skills with an aptitude for staying calm and effective while handling multiple concurrent demands and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Problem solving skills to effectively and creatively find solutions for problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office.
