Position Overview

The Operations Assistant is responsible of generating operational reports and executing administrative activities for the site.

Duties and Responsibilities

Updates call center information boards
Assists Site events
Manages weekly and monthly reports
Orchestrates team events
Responsible for organizing travel logistics for employees and visitors
Assists, if needed, with front desk duties
Point of contact for visitors

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related
1-2 years experience in similar position
Business oriented person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner
Extremely organized and responsible
Analytical skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Excel expert
