Position Overview
The Regional HR Manager serves as the primary HR contact for site HR Manager or HR Supervisor employees, executes human resources practices to support and improve the daily operations. The Regional HR Manager reports to the Director, Human Resources to provide a high level of service to the HR function. The Regional HR Manager works in partnership with the other site locations assigned to deliver HR strategic business goals and HR strategic initiatives. Daily operations include: partnering with assigned Site Representative to provide professional consultation and advice in the areas of employee relations, new employee onboarding, training and development, performance appraisals, and Site generated initiatives to solve issues and drive business results. Also serves as the broader HR liaison regarding HR policies and procedures. Participates in the development of Site Representative through professional development events.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel a minimum of 40%
- Supervise HR Site Representatives with regards to pre-employment screenings, new hire orientations, employee relations, training and development, coaching, cross-training and development areas in HR, and accurate data gathering/reporting.
- Investigate Employee Relation cases, making sure all cases are managed and solved in a timely matter.
- Analyze data and develop & execute effective HR action plans for assigned Sites.
- Collaborate with the HR Site Representative with New Employee Onboarding and Compliance.
- Observe and provide feedback to HR Site Representatives.
- Assist in the Development process of HR Site Representatives.
- Conduct frequent field visits.
- Conduct New Leader Assimilations.
- Participate in and conduct Site team Conference calls
- Attend and present at Regional meetings.
- Conduct training and development sessions with Site HR and Operations.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment law.
- Exceptional Supervision skills.
- Ability to mediate between employees during conflict resolution.
- Ability to influence others to achieve the desired outcome or result.
- Ability to achieve measurable results through collaboration and influence.
- Exceptional planning, coordination, project management and implementation skills
- Advanced ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources and The Results Companies Site call center operations policies and procedures.
- Good computer skills; ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze site trends.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Degree in Human Resources preferred. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of general HR experience, with a concentration on Employee Relations,
- Recruiting, Succession/Talent Management, and Training and Development, preferably in the call center industry.
