Position Overview

The Senior Director Domestic Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic site recruiting tactics including evaluation of the site recruiting function, strategies, pipeline and procedures in order to find opportunities for improvement. Partners with site business leaders to drive talent recruitment strategies in staffing the future business needs of all Domestic US sites.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction to the Domestic Site Recruiting Team and evaluates the recruiting function and processes to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate and streamline the recruiting processes and oversees the screening and selection processes for evaluating potential candidates conducted by the site recruiting teams.
  • Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans to identify appropriate and effective sources for candidates for all domestic site roles.
  • Administer innovative programs focused on building candidate pipelines to meet current and future business needs.
  • Ensure the ongoing process for continuous flow of candidates in order to enable domestic sites to effectively achieve strategic initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to domestic site recruitment teams to ensure peak performance.
  • Create and manage recruitment planning models to proactively staff site growth.
  • Form collaborative relationships with Human Resources leaders and Site Management in order to execute talent acquisition strategies and efforts to support the growth and strategic objectives of the company.
  • Oversee compliance of all internal and external hiring policies concerning selection processes at the site level.
  • Evaluate the department workload in order to guarantee optimal recruitment activity.
  • Works with The Results Companies key stakeholders, assisting them in understanding current and future workforce planning requirements as pertains to domestic sites
  • Leverages key dashboard tracking for Site Recruiting analytics and impact metrics


Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience directly managing recruitment teams in a high volume environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into talent acquisition plans.
  • Proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching, and terminating in a high volume environment.
  • Demonstrate vast knowledge of recruiting database systems as well as knowledge of rewards programs inclusive of offer generation
  • Must be able to convey information and instructions down the line in a clear and concise manner, which will determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  • Technologically adept and have a passion for conducting research and deriving actionable insights from raw data and information.
  • Demonstrate an ability to analyze the performance of the existing recruiting strategies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, availing solutions, and further developing new and improved strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, work comfortably in a cross-functional setting, work comfortably with senior business leadership, and demonstrate composure under stress and in times of ambiguity.

  • Able to build meaningful and lasting relationships with others naturally, which will enable them to relate with candidates and talents in the field easily, allowing for easier acquisition and retention of valuable personnel in the business.
  • Superior computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, all necessary for the creation reports for key stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of call center services industry and best practices preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed
