Position Overview
The VP Partnership Solutions builds successful and scalable relationships with C-level audience in prospect organizations, developing and enhancing strategic business partnerships by fully engaging and building trust with our Client's key decision makers to drive new client business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop key potential client relationships, responsible for specific revenue/growth targets
- Network and build deep, value-based relationships with potential client stakeholders to maximize utilization of comprehensive service offerings
- Possess a complete understanding of our business, and strategic objectives
- Own the entire business development cycle
- Facilitates strategic sessions with client prospects, provide thought leadership to improve The Results Companies' value proposition
- Communicate The Results Companies' value to potential clients to drive new business opportunities
- Prospecting, qualifying and Solutions Sales with a focus on finding new business and expanding the current customer base.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sale from qualification, needs assessment, presentation, and contract negotiation
- Leverage existing customer relationships to sell new products and/or services
- Manage weekly pipeline forecasts against revenue targets
- Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined annual sales quota
- Create and communicate the value of company solutions with prospects and clients
- Identify, visit and Influence decision-makers of prospected customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study
- Minimum experience 8 years in client facing, enterprise account sales in high dollar accounts, working directly with C-level client contacts
- A proven track record of 100% or better quota performance selling to mid-size and large corporations
- Able to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
- Strategic sales knowledge is critical
- Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient with ability to work independently
- An extremely strong ability to build relationships, prospect and qualify new opportunities
- A comfort level required to sell to executives
- The ability to negotiate long-term agreements directly with clients
- Extremely polished. Not intimidated with C-level
- Call center experience not required
- Position will require minimum of 50% travel
