Position Overview

Associate Trainers are high performing Associates who are moving through the Associate Trainer Certification Process with the intention of career movement into a Trainer Role. Associate Trainers may at times support New Hire Training Classes, Up-Training Initiatives, or Grad School.

Duties and Responsibilities
    • Accomplishes certification requirements within specified timelines
    • Maintains top performance while performing regular Associate-level duties
    • Once certified, assists trainers and/or Grad School Dean to prepare for and deliver training
    • Provides feedback to the Training Manager/Site Director/Global Training Leaders to identify gaps in training and other areas of opportunity
    • Gathers, documents, and distributes clear information from updates received by global training and/or client
    • Attends training meetings and responds to emails and phone calls to insure all program information is documented and updated
    • Monitors Associate calls and performance
    • Works with Trainers and Quality Team to assist in the quality improvement process of the account
    • Participates in calibration meetings to ensure information being trained is up to date
    • Assists in extracting/generating training reports such as class attendance and performance records, as well as furnishing other training requirements as determined by the program or account operations


Qualifications
    • Willingness to learn and uphold the Results University Vision and Mission
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to work multiple shifts as required (with work week in-class possibly being 45-50 hours)
    • Ability to travel if needed
  • Other Associate Trainer Requirements
    • Completion of the required Trainer Certification course work within specified timeframes
    • Completion of client specific certification requirements prior to facilitating a class
    • Completion of CTRW prior to coaching Associates

    • Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform effectively as a member of a team
    • Ability to creatively use resources and adjust to business changes quickly and professionally
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
    • Strong attention to detail
