Operations Support Deputy

Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Operations Support Deputy. This position directly supports the PMA Operations Officers, Program Leadership and approximately 100 federal, military, and other contractor personnel.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:

The Operations Support Deputy will assist operations team for PMA 266 with completing taskers sent from PEO (U&W). Specific duties will include:
  • Responsible for maintaining an administrative and operations database for improved communication within the operations and administrative team in the program office.
  • Acts as sole operations point of contact at PMA-266, in absence of Government operations lead.
  • Acts as the sole Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) point of contact for PMA-266 which are required for all foreign travel.
  • Responsible for the tracking and providing leadership consolidated responses of all incoming tasks prior to established deadlines generated from numerous requiring offices
  • Prepares various program briefings (e.g. ERB, APOR, DAES, Gate Review, Presidential Budget
  • Submits the MQ-8 Assistant Secretary of the Navy Research, Development & Acquisition Information System (RDAIS) Submission: updates RDAIS with information, routes for approval, makes changes as needed from leadership, PEO(U&W)
  • Requests inputs for the employee of the month award, consolidates inputs, routes inputs for approval, creates awardee certificate
  • Distributes current training/classes offered by NAVAIR to PMA-266 employees
  • Maintains naval message recipient list for both classified and unclassified naval messages
  • Ensures incoming and outgoing employees are properly checked in/checked out
  • Submits Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) security visits and verifies clearances as needed
  • Reviews serialized letters and documentation prior to PM/DPM leadership for formatting and general administrative errors.
  • Reviews Military end of tour awards and certificates for formatting and general admin errors

Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline and a minimum of three (3) years of business/acquisition related experience is required. Must be an excellent communicator, proficient with MS Office Suite, possess financial and data analysis skills and have acquisition/analysis related experience.

Must have an active Secret security clearance.
