Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Senior Program Analyst will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Organizes and manages through the delegation of appropriate responsibilities and commensurate authority to key subordinates
- Adjusts work operations to meet emergency or changing requirements
- Establishes administrative objectives or performance goals and assesses progress
- Reviews maintenance concepts and support packages to ensure training, spares, SE, technical data, facilities and transportation requirements are properly addressed
- Prepares presentations, briefings and reports to address logistic support issues and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Monitors the repair contract delivery orders to ensure expeditious repair and return of repairable spares
- Assesses, evaluates, monitors and reports Diminished Manufacturing Sources and Material Supply (DMSMS) items
- Provides support in the management and accounting of Government Furnished Property (GFP)
- Reviews maintenance and sustainment products to ensure that deployed systems meet their mission requirements
- Assists with the formulation and execution of the material budget and budget related projects to ensure budget submissions are accurate and developed on time
- Participates in as a member of ILS teams, planning conferences, system requirement reviews, special board reviews, or logistics in-process review conferences
- Provides inputs to the Command Staffing tool to capture all current and future personnel requirements to effectively manage the cost of each team
- Provides program analysis support and has knowledge of DoD systems acquisitions in the technical or program area specified in task orders
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline and at least ten (10) years of general experience in program management, technical, or business analysis is required. Additionally, six (6) of those ten (10) should be related to analysis and planning. High school diploma or GED and eighteen (18) years of general experience in program management, technical or business analysis can be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement. The right candidate must have experience in UAS, O/I/D Level Maintenance, Maintenance Control, Supply Support, Operations and Maintenance Budgets, and CLS Contracts.
Must have at minimum, an active interim security clearance. Must also have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
