Administrative Support Analyst (International Business)

Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Administrative Support Analyst (International Business). This position supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Global Hawk Division (AFLCMC/WIG) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) office located at the Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:
  • The Administrative Support Analyst will provide administrative and logistical assistance for visiting personnel assuring proper clearance of foreign visitors and agendas.
  • Support management operations functions to include, but not limited to, tracking Integrated Product Team (IPT) manning and preparing organizational charts; data entry functions; integrating information into required reports; generating and maintain training records, files, forms and established file plans; integration information into required reports; coordinate arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials (classified and unclassified); and track action items and events such as meetings, reviews, working groups and audits.
  • Assist in maintaining Branch level calendars, AFLCMC/WIGPC-level emergency information continuity plans and database, emergency procedures books and telephone rosters.
  • Provide other support as necessary to accomplish the efforts specified above, including other tasks from the Branch, Directorate and Division Chief as assigned.
  • Assist with the processing of civilian timecards, processing mail (receive, sign for and distribute both classified and unclassified, and access, store and handle classified material as required).

Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of administrative support experience is required. High school diploma or GED and six (6) years may substitute in lieu of the degree requirement. Experience preparing, submitting, coordinating and tracking USAF foreign disclosure requests and routing for higher headquarters approval is desired. Preparing and maintaining program documentation and briefing materials as well as prior experience using Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) to support the establishment and maintenance of official file plans is also desired. Experience with Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and Security Assistance Manpower Requirements System (SAMRS) information systems is considered a plus.

Must have an active Secret security clearance.
