Contingent Senior Program Analyst

Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Senior Program Analyst. This position supports the Unmanned Carrier Aviation program office (PMA-268) at NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:

The Senior Program Analyst Will coordinate actions between multiple stakeholders including NAVSUP IWST, NAVSEA, and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to meet Life Cycle Sustainment Management requirements for the MQ-25A Stingray UAS.

Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years of related experience is required. Master's degree and ten (10) years of related experience is desired. Should have experience with Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) budget process; Government Memorandums of Agreement (MOA's); Provisioning Allowance and Fitting Out Support (PAFOS) Policies and Procedures; Web-based Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS); and Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS). Candidate should also be familiar with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBE, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, and life cycle cost analysis.
