Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting high ranking Military and Government customers. He/She will coordinate travel via the Defense Travel System (DTS) and visit requests via JPAS. He/She will provide control access to PEO (T) spaces and interface directly with top level staff within NAVAIR.
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in program management, technical discipline or business is required. At least (2) years of experience should be supporting DoD acquisition efforts. Associate's degree and eight (8) years or High school diploma/GED and twelve (12) years may substitute in lieu of the degree requirement.
Must have an active Secret security clearance.
