JOB TITLE: Assessment Solutions Intern REPORTS TO: VP Assessment Services DEPARTMENT: Assessment Services LOCATION: Remote DURATION: 8 Weeks starting June 15th PAY RATE: $16.00 Per Hour JOB OVERVIEW Prometric is seeking an Assessment Solutions Intern who will work closely with our team of experts to support the development, delivery, and optimization of assessment solutions. This role provides an opportunity to assist in designing and analyzing assessments, creating reports, and contributing to various projects related to performance measurement and evaluation. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the creation and refinement of assessment tools, including surveys, tests, and questionnaires, ensuring they align with client needs and measurement objectives. Help gather, process, and analyze assessment data, identifying trends and insights to improve the effectiveness of the assessment solutions. Assist in preparing assessment reports and presentations, summarizing results and providing actionable insights for stakeholders. Support the deployment of assessment solutions, including setting up testing environments, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather feedback, adjust solutions based on needs, and ensure that all assessments are administered successfully. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new ways to optimize the design and delivery of assessments. Help ensure that assessments meet quality standards by reviewing content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Strong interest in assessment solutions, data analysis, software development, or related fields. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
