Job Overview

Culligan Quench is looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of brand governance and integrated advertising campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign development, partnering closely with paid media team to decide creative, media, and cross-functional marketing to bring Quench’s brand strategy to life at scale. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strategic brand vision and operational excellence, with the ability to drive breakthrough campaigns that build awareness, relevance, and directly impact demand generation performance.

The Brand & Campaign Manager will be part of the Quench Marketing team, as the B2B commercial business unit within the larger Culligan organization reporting to the SVP Marketing. This role will play an important role in defining and managing the Quench brand framework and governance. While working cross-functionally with Paid Media & Organic teams to operationalize the development and execution of both brand and product campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and product preference. We need someone willing to innovate, test, execute, and find new ways to bring Quench’s leading products and services to new prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Governance

Assist in brand governance, frameworks, guidelines, messaging, brand design, elements for company and product brands across the portfolio. Collaborating with the Culligan CoE to uphold visual identity, messaging, and tone across all GTM initiatives.

Collaborate with Product Marketing to create full-funnel brand and product messaging frameworks that guide awareness, consideration, and conversion initiatives across all channels.

Drive always-on brand campaigns and product promotional campaigns, improving creative effectiveness and performance in partnership with media and demand generation teams.

Stay current on B2B water as a service ‘point of use water’ industry trends and emerging channels, identifying new opportunities to strengthen brand impact and campaign performance.

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning

Collaborate with Paid Media & Organic teams to set the annual campaign calendar and strategies, defining objectives, target audiences, key messages, and success metrics aligned to business goals.

Lead end-to-end campaign execution, managing planning, asset development, approvals, refresh ads, and launch across digital, social, search, CTV, web, print, and experiential.

Creative Leadership & Agency Management

Write and steward creative briefs, partnering with internal teams and agencies to develop high-quality creative that meets brand standards and performance objectives.

Drive always-on brand campaigns and product promotional campaigns, improving creative effectiveness and performance in partnership with media and demand generation teams.

Digital Experience & Conversion Alignment

Optimize digital journey alignment, working with web and UX teams to ensure landing pages and product experiences support campaign messaging and conversion goals.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

Manage the annual campaign calendar and strategies, defining objectives, target audiences, key messages, and success metrics aligned to business goals.

Responsible for campaign measurement KPIs and reporting, establishing UTM standards, tracking performance, and delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.

Skills:

Proven experience with campaigns that span global markets.

Strong background in highly targeted B2B marketing tactics and media.

Hands-on knowledge of media channels including CTV, Paid Social, PMax, Reddit.

Familiar with marketing workflow tools (Monday.com, Figma, Jira, etc.)

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and internal cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with campaign measurement methodologies and ability to interpret data into insights.

Proven experience with how to enable the consistency of brand content at scale and global campaigns.

Understanding of AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and their capabilities to support a brand at scale.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related marketing field

5+ years of experience in brand management with campaign management

Proven track record of managing multi-channel brand campaigns, from concept to delivery.

Experience collaborating with both in-house and external agencies

Exceptional program management and operational skill with meticulous attention to detail.
