Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking a Project Manager 3 to work with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business and quality standards. This position will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all phases of projects from start to finish.
  • Identify project needs and develop detailed plans with timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
  • Prepare and share project status reports and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other agencies as needed.
  • Oversee contracts and ensure vendor deliverables align with project goals.
  • Facilitate reviews, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
  • Manage multiple projects and balance team workloads effectively.
  • Support team members by clarifying goals and providing necessary training.
  • Ensure all project documentation and templates are up to date.
  • Conduct final evaluations and obtain approvals upon project completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Project and/or Program Management.
  • 5 + years ofexperience with full lifecycle implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and set priorities effectively.
