InGenesis is currently seeking a Business Administrator 2 to work with our client. In this role, you will investigate formal complaints under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) within the 60-day federal timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with formal complaint procedures and provide technical assistance to involved parties.
- Draft complaint-related correspondence and develop interview questions.
- Conduct onsite visits as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive final reports outlining findings and compliance status.
- Develop corrective action plans when noncompliance is identified.
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on IDEA and dispute resolution processes.
- Deliver presentations to various stakeholders including parents, school districts, and state agencies.
- Organize and participate in statewide meetings and workshops.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Education degree preferred).
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Experience in investigations and developing interview questions.
- Knowledge or experience in Special Education is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
