InGenesis is seeking a Receptionist to work with our client in Houston, TX.In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating guest arrivals, and offering light administrative support while maintaining a proactive and service-focused presence at the front desk.

Duties:
- Verbally greet guests visiting the executive suite in a clear, courteous, and welcoming manner.
- Escort guests from the building entrance or 23rd floor badge-access area to the appropriate office or meeting room.
- Offer and serve beverages to guests and ensure their comfort while waiting.
- Direct visitors to appropriate conference rooms and announce arrivals to executive staff.
- Share a front desk area with UTPD, maintaining a professional and security-conscious environment.
- Assist the Senior Administrative Assistant with answering and routing incoming calls clearly and pleasantly; screen and manually record messages as needed.
- Support senior administrative staff and SVPs with light administrative tasks and project-based assignments.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- In coordination with the Senior Administrative Assistant, schedule and oversee use of conference rooms on the executive floors.
- Replenish copy machine supplies, including loading paper and maintaining adequate stock of toner and other materials.
- Maintain and restock coffee supplies and refreshments on both executive floors.
- Take initiative to identify and respond to the needs of the department and executive team with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of front office, clerical, or related experience.
- Experience in a professional setting supporting executives or senior leadership is highlypreferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
