Front Desk Support
• Maintains the front lobby of the Glen Burnie, MD office as a World Class Business environment
• Responds to all incoming phone calls providing 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensure all visitors have checked in and received a badge prior to meeting with the Vision teammate
General Office Support
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and postmark outgoing mail as and when requested
• Create Priority Mail & FedEx shipping labels as and when requested
• Maintain postage meter & mailing supplies
• Log and scan mail for AR and Fleet Management
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and ensure supplies are stocked
• Support the marketing team with planning and execution of office events
• Ensure all food is ordered in a timely and cost-effective manner, for meetings
• General support of office team where applicable
Travel Support
• Own our travel program in partnership with our finance team, main point of contact for our travel partners
• Support operations team travel scheduling in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Code and submit expense reports for all corporate travel charges weekly
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a receptionist and/or office management
• Experiencing answering and routing inbound phone calls
• Excel and Word software experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time - Hourly. Regular hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet the assigned workload.
