Senior Consultant - VMware Aria Operations & Log Insights

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of VMware Aria Operations and LogInsights solutions. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients to implement robust monitoring and analytics, customize dashboards and reports, and enhance virtual infrastructure visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy VMware Aria Operations and Log Insight solutions to optimize infrastructure monitoring and analytics.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports tailored to customer needs, including workload placement, rebalancing, and virtual infrastructure monitoring.
- Support telemetry data aggregation and exclusion, ensuring efficient data collection and prioritization for vROPs telemetry.
- Customize vROPs management pack automation to enhance VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
- Work closely with customers to troubleshoot, optimize, and refine VMware Aria Suite implementations.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices for operational efficiency and performance tuning.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- VCP-VCF Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Extensive experience with VMware Aria Suite, particularly Aria Operations and LogInsights.
- Strong background in virtual infrastructure monitoring, workload optimization, and telemetry data management.
- Hands-on experience in vROPs customization and VCF automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
