As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and delivery of policies and programs that drive positive change as we scale. In this technically-focused role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing cross-functional collaboration with other technical teams, ensuring our systems and processes align seamlessly with broader company initiatives. You'll work autonomously and cross-functionally with various teams across Datadog to identify and execute programs ranging from process improvements, global training initiatives, and equitable hiring practices to refining referral programs, enhancing candidate experience, and beyond.

What You'll Do
- Be the end-to-end owner of the design, optimization, and integration of our ATS (Greenhouse) with Workday, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.
- Design and implement automations to ensure recruiting systems remain compliant with legal and organizational standards.
- Own incident management for Recruiting Solutions, serving as the point of contact for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and drive opportunities for operational improvements across our recruiting tech stack to help us hire efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct focus groups with users to understand challenges, gather feedback, and develop solutions that improve the user experience and system adoption.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve the recruiting process, including hiring manager training, addressing behavioral and cultural challenges, and leveraging external market insights.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, and communication plans to support the rollout of new initiatives at scale.

- Stay informed on recruiting technology trends, evaluate new tools, and make recommendations to enhance Datadog's tech stack.
Who You Are:
- Technically minded, with hands-on experience working with and optimizing ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse) and HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), as well as understanding how data flows between the two.
- Confident in presenting ideas, leading discussions, and influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and adoption of recruiting solutions.
- Passionate about recruiting technology, with a desire to stay informed about industry trends and new tools in the market.
- Highly knowledgeable of recruiting processes, and how recruiting systems and tools can support effective and compliant processes.
- Comfortable working on a globally distributed, multicultural team and navigating cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent in your organizational and project management skills, able to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
- Analytically savvy, with a talent for measuring and improving recruiting processes using data-driven insights.
- An expert multi-tasker, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and business needs.
