InGenesis is currently seeking aMedical Assistantto work with our client. In this role, you will assist in the care, examination, or treatment of patients under the direction of a physician or nurse.

Job Duties
- Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
- Obtain and record patient vitals and lab tests.
- Monitor changes in patient status.
- Prepare examination rooms.
- Clean assigned areas.
- Stock supplies and equipment.
- Perform clerical work as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA directives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months, within the past 2 years of supervised clinical experience.
- Two above average clinical references from supervisory or charge personnel.
- Current BCLS or appropriate Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Current immunizations and statement of health.
