GTM Strategy and Operations Senior Associate - GTM Data and CRM

We're looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our growing GTM Strategy & Operations team. Our team solves complex problems that require insight, creativity, and execution through building scalable processes, tools and systems for our rapidly growing global business. You will lead new operational projects and enhancements from inception to launch working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Global GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Systems and other departments to help Datadog grow 10x. Doing this successfully will require understanding the "day in the life" for Sales and Post-Sales teams, analyzing data, and strategizing and owning new and improved solutions to help them do their jobs most effectively by delivering internal and external best practices.

What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish long term roadmaps that streamline our GTM Data and Salesforce business processes and system workflows to improve field productivity
  • Understand current state of our data and Salesforce ecosystem and own path forward
  • Design, build, automate, and maintain services to support sales systems that reduce manual input and redundancy while providing more incremental value to the GTM org
  • Lead large, complex, multi-work stream projects with focus on quality assurance, strong stakeholder management, and demonstrated thought leadership
  • Build a consistent foundational framework for uncovering business issues and creating solutions to address these issues
  • Drive alignment and clearly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and mitigate risk while clean escalating blockers as needed
  • Act as the primary business contact to proactively address cross-functional teams challenges, systems, data and tooling gaps and own engagement between Sales and Systems teams
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the GTM operations and cross-functional teams
  • Attend Dreamforce and Salesforce roadshows to drive future state development

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM, Revenue, Sales Operations, Product Management
  • Experience procuring and building GTM systems, including Salesforce and sales productivity tools
  • Very deep knowledge and strong skills across a wide variety of process improvement, technical design, and implementation disciplines (e.g., scrum)
  • A strong track record of executing on GTM transformation and comfortable operating with incomplete data and adapting / re-prioritizing activities as business needs change
  • Strong sense of ownership, independently take action to bring your ideas to fruition, designing, launching, and leading global programs. Align relevant stakeholders across multiple departments in the company to drive projects to completion.
  • Independent and proactive problem solving and analysis experience (solving business problems across commercial and operations)
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong at collaborating with others to solve complex problems

Bonus Points
  • Experience in a growth phase SaaS company and GTM functions in particular
  • Experience building automated solutions to solve complex business challenges
  • Salesforce Certified Admin or other Salesforce certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification
  • Knowledge of JIRA

The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role at Datadog is:
$124,000-$165,000 USD
