Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Pursues and develops relationships with potential customers or leads, to cultivate new business.
- Provides ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts.
- Updates B2B orders - performs order entry, and reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
- Initiates call to customers to provide updates on B2B orders.
- Informs B2B customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Advises B2B customers on substitution or modification of parts when the part requested is not available.
