As the company's first Recruiting Operations Manager you will support our efforts to hire top-tier talent. We have plans for significant growth across all disciplines and this is a key role to ensure we achieve aggressive goals. You will work closely with the recruiting team and other departments to implement and maintain best practices and facilitate a continuous process of successful hiring.

You will:
  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics to inform best practices and optimize recruiting efforts
  • Identify challenges and implement changes to improve our sourcing and hiring processes, ensuring best-in-class experience for all stakeholders
  • Evaluate and roll out new products, platforms, and systems
  • Maintain recruiting tools, particularly Greenhouse - ensuring that it is being used to its fullest capability; you will be our subject matter expert on our applicant tracking system
  • Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and optimal ROI
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to design and drive an efficient process for a top-notch candidate experience
  • Onboard and train new members of the team

Requirements:
  • Experience working with and setting up process in a modern ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve and automate recruiting processes
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environment

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role at Datadog is:
$75,000-$110,000 USD
