  • Design and implement a standardized learning path for existing Datadog products that includes informational courses as well as prescribed hands-on exercises.
  • Ensure all product enablement content is delivered effectively, efficiently, and meets the needs of Technical Solutions learners.
  • Manage the creation and upkeep of product content; working closely with technical subject matter experts to identify, create, and update technical product learning content.
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to design and operationalize scalable ways to introduce new product updates, launches, and coach Technical Solutions teams on how to position and sell key products.
  • Participate in the field product prioritization process, acting as a trusted advisor, briefing leaders on upcoming releases, and providing an initial point of view.
  • Advise on the implementation of content leveling structure, mapping existing and new content to consistent levels of depth and complexity.
  • Design, track, measure, and innovate efficiency and efficacy of training, tools, and processes for product enablement programs. Drive recommendations for ongoing improvements across stakeholders.
  • Build and manage ongoing training and certification programs (demo training, advanced product certification, specialized product tracks, etc.) for various teams, and establish the cadence/need for recertification.
  • Design virtual, in-person, on-demand, and ad hoc learning experiences and resources to support a dynamic and blended approach.
  • Uplevel the Technical Solutions Enablement team around products and support the delivery of product training when needed.

Who Are You:
  • 8-10+ years of related experience, including:
    • Deep familiarity with Datadog products and offerings
    • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (support engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, etc), technical enablement, product development, and/or product marketing
  • Experience with stakeholder management
