Job Description:

InGenesis is seeking a BH Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) that is willing to work towards becoming a LCSW.to work with our client.In this role, you will be responsible for providing culturally primary care-focused behavioral health services and clinical consultation to patients with mental health needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Performbehavioralhealthscreening,triage, evaluation, and assessment to determine the appropriate level of behavioral health care.

•Implementevidence-based therapeuticmethods,including cognitive behavior therapy, and contingency management.

•Providecrisisintervention and behavioral health intervention.

•Providegroup interventions (treatment, psycho-education, health education).

•Provideeducationandsupport topatientsandtheir familiestoencourage adherencetomedicalandbehavioralhealthissues.

•Plan,coordinate, and facilitate referrals to existing community resources when indicated by assessed need.

•Workclosely with the care team.

•Maintaincurrent patient case records and prepare reports as indicated.

•Workflexible scheduleas necessary.

•Review clinical interventions and case documentation with the Behavioral Health Director, and participate in staff meetings, training, case conferences, and peer review process.

•Perform other related clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Behavioral Health leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Master's degree in social work/social welfare or doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.

•Current California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist (PsyD).

•Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) will be considered if will to work towards becoming an LCSW.

•One year of directly related experience, including a background in primary care consultation, behavioral medicine, health psychology, or other relevant areas.

•Experience in school-based/community health settings and/or in serving low-income, multicultural populations.

•Bilingual (preferably Spanish) is highly desirable.
