Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking aData Analytics Specialistto work at a premier pharmaceutical company based in Montreal.This position will be responsible of supporting the strategic Plan as well as the Sales Excellence & Pricing capabilities plan, by developing and delivering customer and market reports and insights that support quick and best decision-making to achieve the goals for the organization and providing operational support on the execution of the key priorities for the area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to)

•Indisputably understand the market intelligence associated with an assigned therapeutic area.

•Drive in-depth business analysis by triangulating information from many sources to improve decision-making and to produce a diagnostic view on key gaps and business needs.

Utilize advanced diagnostic and statistical techniques to develop recommendations to optimize our business

•Establish a strong relationship with the therapeutic area teams to communicate and deliver analysis that meets their business/decision-making needs.

•Foster a culture of data-focused decision making across the organization.

•Define, measure, and maintain customer and key performance indicators in collaboration with the brand teams.

•Create and maintain performance reports under different formats as required

•Collaborate with business teams to build, improve, and automate data processes and visualization through dashboards

•Manage, consult, and archive all therapeutically assigned market research.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience performing market research, data analytics, and managing data-heavy projects.
  • Advanced skilled in Excel, statistics, and visualization tools specifically PowerBI
  • Proficiency in synthesizing data sets (both quantitative and qualitative) and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate findings into meaningful business recommendations/insights.
  • Language Requirements: English Mandatory, French preferred
