Vision Technologies is looking for an ERP Manager who is responsible for overseeing the effective maintenance, optimization, and strategic direction of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically Infor LN. This role will primarily focus on project management, ensuring continuous improvement of the system and alignment with business goals, along with administering the system.
Responsibilities

- Project Management:
- Manage and oversee ERP-related initiatives, including system upgrades, customizations, and process improvements.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including outside partners.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of Business Process Owners and stakeholders.
- Manage a team of internal and external system developers.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- ERP System Management and Administration:
- Oversee all aspects of the ERP system, including system configuration, performance, and communication/training.
- Administer our Infor ERP products- Infor OS, CPQ, Factory Track, BIRST/LNA and other supporting programs
- Drive continuity across and refresh our cloud environments- production, test, and train
- Monitor & maintain integration between the ERP and our third-party systems
- Monitor & maintain integration between the web UI and mobile apps of VISIBL
- Create and maintain system architecture and configuration technical documentation
- Manage user access roles and permissions via the Dynamic Enterprise Modeler (DEM) and Authorization Management System (AMS)
- Audit system performance and transaction log/ tracing and put forth recommendations for improvement
- Create and manage automated jobs based on Vision's organizational requirements such as scheduling jobs at non-peak hours or schedule jobs to start processes periodically, at defined intervals, or immediately.
- Create and manage APIs, monitors, and connection points across companies and environments
- Coordinate certificate renewals for Infor OS/Infor Application
- Configuration and maintenance of Infor Document Management (IDM)
- Work to improve the systems and processes currently in place by researching and analyzing the current environment and put forth recommendations and products to improve the overall environment
- Liaise and manage Vision's 3rd Party LN integrators and partners
- Coordination and writing of business resource documents (BRD)
- Support the team's development and coding efforts of RICEFWs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows)
- Lead Vision's ERP configuration management and change management process and procedures.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ERP technology.
- Develop and implement process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP management and administration, Infor LN preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Infor LN ERP system, including configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Experience with business process analysis and reengineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., PMP, CPIM).
- Knowledge of business analytics (e.g. Infor BIRST, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Jira or other project tracking software.
