Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson's Enterprise Networking and Security business. How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The Supply Planner is responsible for coordinating tactical procurement activities for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions products. You will be a natural leader and facilitator who coordinates cross-functionally between Demand Planning, Sourcing, Product Management, and R&D. You will communicate seamlessly with all levels of the organization and adept at facilitating actions, resolving conflicts, and managing relationships.

What Will You Do?
  • Develop SKU level buy plans utilizing on hand inventory, forecasts, and safety stock along with other market related factors including life cycle
  • Prioritize inventory management activities based on SKU ABC classification
  • Determine safety stock at the purchased SKU level
  • Participate actively in monthly forecast reviews with sales and demand teams to validate demand and review supply
  • Provide data-based analysis for SKU inventory recommendations
  • Support and manage new product introductions and transitions
  • Reporting activities including compiling data for monthly S&OP meetings
  • Highlight supply challenges to the appropriate parties and work with JDM factory liaison to mitigate inventory and supply continuity risk
  • Meet or exceed KPI targets (inventory levels, excess and obsolescence etc.)
  • Assist in defining, implementing, and standardizing best practices and business processes
  • Foster collaborative working relationships with other functional areas such as Strategic Sourcing, Operations, QA, Marketing & Sales, Product Management and Finance
  • Maintain accuracy of PO's shipment and delivery dates in ERP system
  • Place PO's for assigned commodity
  • Work with Joint Development Manufactures and accessory vendors on PO expedites and push outs
  • Maintain the ERP planning tool master data for finished goods

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of supply chain management experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Prior experience managing finished goods and materials, preferably in an environment with seasonal, promotional, and unpredictable demand
  • Demonstrated ability to: identify strategic needs, use independent judgment, creatively solve problems, manage priorities, and remain flexible in a variety of team situations
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute continuous improvement activities and work with diverse teams to achieve results
  • The ability to make recommendations in complex and ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field
  • APICS certification, or the ability to become certified in the future
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, and John Galt Atlas

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$52,500.00 - $97,500.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
