Job Description
Mission:
The mission of a Project Manager on the Global Patients Team is to be a communication and relationship liaison between M3, our clients, and other teams involved in the project's completion. You will directly manage all aspects of each project on time and within budget. This is the ideal role for someone who has experience in international online market research specifically focused on patient research, sampling, survey recruitment, and collaboration with all teams involved in the project.
Overview of the role:
The Qualitative Project Manager of the Global Patient Team will be the key player on the project. Clients will seek your advice, trust your judgment, and value your opinion. The Project Manager will demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, be a self-starter, an organised and independent individual, methodical and very good with numbers. You will be ultimately accountable for successful project management and delivery. You will have enthusiasm for patient/consumer research projects, client(s) business, bringing knowledge and expertise to the management of the projects you are assigned.
Qualifications
- The candidate must have at least 1-2 years' experience in market research project management, preferably with patients/consumers.
- The candidate will ideally have at least 1 year of international market research, preferably in Europe, North America and Asia.
- Creative Problem Solving. The candidate must be able to think creatively about patient targets and outside-the-box solutions for finding qualified participants.
- Work in collaboration with appropriate teams to resolve escalations raised by internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Team Support. The candidate should provide support to patient team members and clients with relevant and insightful information for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Management and control of projects from commissioning through to delivery, booking projects and planning resource, working with Programming, Translation, Internal & External Sampling Assistance, and Partner Organizations, as well as monitoring field work progress, ensuring that M3 achieves and exceeds client expectations throughout.
- Comply with M3's operating procedures and ensure all practices and systems follow ISO Accreditation.
- Financial Management of Project Budget /costs. The candidate will ensure that all costs within budget and work toward a set profit target on each individual project.
- Client services. The Qualitative Project Manager should strive to provide exceptional client services on all jobs and to gain high scores on our Client Satisfaction Survey.
- The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously to successfully meet project specific and corporate objectives.
- The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple qualitative research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
- The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems as well as proactively identify and resolve potential issues to avoid escalation.
- The candidate must have basic math skills and be able to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc.
- The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must have very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick adapter of new technologies/software.
