Overview: Vision Technologies is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving organizational efficiency, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and executing high-priority initiatives. The position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive team, driving the execution of key initiatives, and facilitating organizational alignment and continuous improvements throughout Vision.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
o Partner with the ELT to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals
o Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to the ELT
o Identify and address risks and potential challenges to ensure timely execution of strategic objectives
ELT Support and Collaboration
o Serve as a trusted advisor to the ELT, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
o Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among ELT members
o Manage the Corporate Business Cadences, Operating Calendar, and ELT sponsored meetings, including agenda setting, meeting logistics, pre-meeting work assignments, documenting meeting minutes, and driving follow-up actions
Organizational Alignment and Effectiveness
o Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration to optimize organizational performance through ongoing communication and stakeholder engagement
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate prioritization of initiatives
o Lead implementation of solutions to enhance operational efficiency
o Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Project Management
o Directly manage high-priority internal projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery
o Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to achieve project goals
o Provide regular project status updates to the ELT and key stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement
o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
o Represent the ELT in various forums and communicate key messages effectively
o Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influence skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated project management expertise
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
