Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson's Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.

How Will You Contribute to the Company?
As the Senior Manager of COGS, you will be a pivotal part of the team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations and ensure organizational effectiveness. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

What Will You Do?
  • This position will be managing the end-to-end accounting, business, and system processes in compliance and has significant responsibility for cost of goods sold (COGS) for the Company
  • Analyze and monitor costs associated with production processes, materials, and inventory
  • Prepare and maintain cost reports, including variance analysis and cost of goods sold (COGS) reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements
  • This role will lead the day-to-day operations on all issues related to the COGS function, provide analysis, create written processes, and train others in implementing a cross-functional cycle
  • Maintain and/or develop policy, procedures or internal control analysis documents leading to effective and efficient financial reporting process and controls
  • Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to cost accounts
  • Lead, manage and/or develop a high-performing team where inclusion and diversity of thought are leveraged for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Leadand support other company/CFO organization initiatives

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Accounting degree with eight (8+) years of relevant, progressive experience with public accounting experience
  • People management experience with proven ability to attract, retain and develop team
  • Ability to collaborate with and/or lead cross-functional business partnersand processes
  • Real passion for continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA Certification

At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

Your Pay:

The position is paid hourly. The expected yearly take home range is outlined below.The rate offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$114,450.00 - $212,550.00

Your Financial Security:

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions' 401(k) plan has a 4% company match and immediate vesting. As a part-time employee, you would be eligible to participate in the plan on the first of the month after your start date.
