How Will You Contribute to the Company?
We are seeking an experienced individual to join us as a Quality Auditor Supervisor. This position is responsible for helping to build, foster, and promote quality in Ericsson's Enterprise Wireless Solutions processes. This position will support internal teams with troubleshooting and root cause analysis, process documentation, and process improvements to ensure high quality is delivered to all Ericsson's Enterprise Wireless Solutions internal and external customers. What Will You Do?
- Supervising a team of site Quality Auditors
- Perform audits on product configured on the production floor and received purchased product
- Document and review findings and audit/inspection records
- Review, develop and implement process documentation
- Assist with quality related training across Company Operations
- Collaborate with all departments in driving effective corrective and preventative actions throughout the Operations value stream
- Support other departments within Operations as needed
- Participate in continuously improving Company processes and working to build in quality at the source
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role
- Possess a high attention to accuracy and detail
- Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate defect and root cause information to engineering, production, or tech support
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines, overtime and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Adept with MS Office tools such as Word and Excel is necessary
- Ability to perform effectively with little direct supervision
Bonus Points:
- Associates, Technical School degree or equivalent
- Inspection and auditing experience
- Five (5) years of full-time experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role
- Five (5) years of experience working with process improvement and problem-solving methodologies
- Two (2) years of Lean Six Sigma experience, Green Belt certification

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
$58,100.00 - $107,900.00
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
