JOB OVERVIEW
Prometric is looking for an energetic Multimedia Graphic Designer who is a passionate storyteller to visually evolve our brand. While our DNA will always stay the same, the expression of it is constantly changing. As the core creative mind on our team, you'll be leading the charge to reshape the way the world sees Prometric through branding, presentations, videos, content marketing, and more. The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to utilize their skills across both digital and print to bring stories to life in an engaging and powerful way. We are looking for someone who has an obsessive attention to detail with a strong eye for composition, typography, color, layout and photography, particularly in sales presentations and marketing collateral. You should have a strong work ethic, take ownership of your work, and be able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a problem solver who can not only execute on creative, but also help drive the strategy and approach behind it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, landing pages, infographics, short videos, powerpoint presentations, and promotional items.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and convey the desired message effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
- Propose and implement new design concepts to enhance the overall visual identity of the brand.
- Review and proof all designs for errors before final production or publication.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of cross media creative and innovative design work.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant design software.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with video editing software is a plus.
