The Senior Product Manager Digital will be responsible for creating a new vision for TAP, including developing a roadmap, business plan, and revenue plan.
- Management of TAP throughout product life cycle
- Management of portfolio management including market landscape, competitive and financial analysis with a team of product manager/s.
- Management of Product requirements through market research, customer' interviews, strategic planning and fact-based-decision-making.
- Clear communication of product(s) strategy to all the stakeholders to create a positive and successful product experience.
- Coordination of validation activities for solutions/applications through a highly functional, motivated and efficient validation team.
- (Self) Initiative and implementation to improve product development process methods and techniques for improvement of solution quality with greater efficiency.
- Close collaboration with AG Segment leaders, Regional Sales and other PM teams and cross-functional departments (PS, NPI, Eng, OPS, Eng OPS etc.) to ensure overall successful performance of the TAP solution as per the process.
- Creation and Review of products related to technical and product marketing documentation.
- Coordinate all product management activities about TAP and ensure all directions provided by the horizontal functions are being delivered timely and properly.
- This role is responsible for directing the organization in ensuring the achievement of financial and operational goals.
- Take an innovative approach to create an eco-system of digital Partners to support new business needs for agronomy, IA, legislative requirements and environmental certifications.
The base pay range180k-200k is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
