Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales results-oriented Account Development Executive to join our team. As an Account Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in a specific industry on a national scale. Your primary focus will be driving new business growth by expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential new client opportunities within a specific industry at a national level. Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to gain a competitive edge in client acquisition efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including online research, industry databases, and referrals, to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Take a proactive approach in reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and personalized communications. Customize your approach to address the unique needs and pain points of each potential client.
  • Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand the challenges, requirements, and objectives of potential clients. Present our solutions as valuable and tailored offerings that effectively meet their specific needs.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition, benefits, and differentiation of our services. Address client questions, concerns, and objections, guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle. Cultivate trust and credibility with clients to position our organization as a reliable partner.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully handle pricing negotiations, contractual agreements, and other terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Aim to achieve revenue and new client acquisition targets while efficiently closing deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospect interactions, and progress using our CRM and selling tools. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasting, and progress toward new client acquisition targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and collections to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.


  • Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

    - Proven track record of success in B2B sales.

    - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    - Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools to manage and track client interactions.

    - Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
