Test Development Coordinator

SUMMARY

The role of Test Development Coordinator is a key position in the business, supporting both Prometric's test development team and the external clients for which development work is being conducted. This position is responsible for establishing industry contacts for the recruitment of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), recruiting necessary SMEs for a variety of subject matter, establishing contractor relationships with SMEs, and maintaining an overall database of contacts. Once SMEs are recruited, the Coordinator is responsible for managing the SMEs within the development process.

The Test Development Coordinator is expected to work collaboratively, both in person and virtually with industry SMEs, members of the test development team, and cross-functionally with client services to ensure project completion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment creation of job ads, candidate search, resume screening, SME database management, tracking candidate responses, screening and interviewing
  • Creation and administration of contracts
  • Following established procedures and guidelines, and complying with item security practices
  • Initiating and participating in meetings with recruitment contacts and individual SME groups
  • Representing Prometric in client meetings, internal departmental and cross-functional meetings as necessary
  • Management of 3rd party vendor relationships
  • Event organization: sourcing venues, negotiating price, sending event invites, managing delegate responses, receiving and processing invoices
  • Management of invoice payments and reconciliations
  • Purchasing Translation Services: sourcing quotes, coordinating file transfer, monitoring translation quality, raising POs, processing invoices
  • Gaining knowledge of Prometric systems and tools to better support SME recruitment and test development
  • Documenting Content Management processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree - preferably in HR, Marketing, Business or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of recruiting/client experience (knowledge of LinkedIn and other similar tools)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet exacting deadlines
  • Ability to meet quality, service and productivity metrics
  • Previous experience in direct client interactions
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Attention to detail and high attention to accuracy
