Audio-Visual Operations Manager

Overview

The Audio-Visual (AV) On-site Operations Manager will be responsible for oversight of AV personnel and provide AV technical oversight and coordination services on AV equipment located within Vision Technologies Client HQ buildings and Regional Offices. The AV On-site Manager will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing maintenance and repairs of AV-related communication networks, integrating technologies, and equipment to create working AV systems.

The AV On-site Manager monitors and supervises the installation of equipment and facilities associated with AV-related equipment and networks. The AV Ops Manager is responsible for the generation, maintenance, and updating of all AV-related technical drawings and documentation under the Contract. The AV Ops Manager is also responsible for proposing, processing, submitting, and managing all AV-related work orders and task assignment requests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop adopt and deliver best practice service levels across all onsite team; ensure that onsite staff are meeting or exceeding all contractual SLAs
  • Understand and identify Key Performance Indicators for successful engagement of company business at client sites
  • Directly manage Onsite AV Technicians across multiple offices
  • Promote and drive team collaboration and maintain team morale
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with all direct reports
  • Ensure all onsite staff maintain attire professionalism and customer service standards as are appropriate to client expectations and specific regional differences between client offices
  • Assist with enhancing informing and changing the Client perspective of AV strengths products and service ranges
  • Help to promote the value of company onsite staffing services
  • Collect statistical data including Service Level Agreement performance management information team performance and other business metrics for regular reporting.
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly Review Meetings with client
  • Drive the creation and enhancement of all onsite documentation (including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Onsite Staff Handbooks). Ensure documentation processes and procedures are maintained in accordance with Client and company requirements
  • Devise a coverage plan that is consistent with client's holiday schedule
  • Travel to various job sites as required


Qualifications

  • This person shall have a minimum of five years' experience with Crestron systems (Specifically Creston NVX; the contractor should also have knowledge of Creston Flex systems) and shall have the skills necessary to maintain, troubleshoot, and update Crestron systems used in all client AV operations.
  • Experience working within a ticketing system and managing service tickets / incidents
  • Experience with managing AV / IT installation and on-site technicians
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Good Interpersonal and managerial skills
